Tips and tricks for tuning up your propane BBQ.


Of special importance is making sure that there are no spider webs in the line leading from the tank to the burner -- this could cause a dangerous flash-back.


Also new OPD valves on propane tanks, identified by a triangular shaped handle, will prevent over-filling. See photo. All tanks with old round handled valves should be scraped for safety reasons.


The cleaners we used on this TV show were: All Purpose grease remover and Simple Green.


The paint was a High Heat enamel spray paint.
