Liquid coatings for extending the life of old roofs have come of age and some of them actually do what they claim. Expect to apply a primer in some cases, especially metal roofs, and then 2 if not 3 coats of the final product. Avoid extreme weather, both hot and cold, and avoid all rain -- so check the weather forecast for the next 3 days before starting. Click here for more details on LIQUID ELASTOMERIC ROOF COATINGS.
