Anthony in Vancouver BC can't get enough heat into the upper story of the house. He has already tried playing with the balancing dampers on the furnace ducts to try and force more air to the far reaches of the house. When that fails, just about the only thing you can do is to add a special "in-line" fan to the starved duct line. You must use a fan specifically designed to take the heat of the furnace air. Some can be found that pop into existing ducts, others that simply replace a length of ducting. Then you have to arrange to either wire it back to the furnace so that it goes on at the same time as the furnace fan does, or use special pressure sensors that will simply feel when the furnace goes on and off and it will follow along. The fan I showed on the program was from the company Aeroflo from Mississauga, Ontario.
