Mounting Blades

Mounting a blade appears to be elementary, yet people do destroy their blades by not seating them correctly.  Perhaps just as important is to realize that changing a blade for a different one, or even just changing the position of a blade several times during a task can make the job go faster and cleaner.  Mounting blades properly can make the difference between a fair job and a perfect job.
